The Team

We are Mastlicht, a film and series production company from Hesse, Germany. As producers we combine creative development with precise production processes. We work closely with writers, directors and partners and accompany projects from development & financing through the shoot to post-production.

As filmmakers who have had a special passion for cinema from the very beginning, we produce fictional and non-fictional films and series for cinema, streaming and TV with our studio. From the start we have been fascinated not only by the possibilities of bringing stories to the screen with impressive images and high-quality sound, but also by the production process itself, which unites all crafts and offers a home to people with the most diverse skills and interests. Great films need a composition of great people who work with an intrinsic motivation for creative quality and craftsmanship, a shared vision and a lot of joy in a common work. We are convinced that these values are fundamental to the success of every project, which is why we live by them.
